AVE bikes are all mid-motor electric bikes. You could call them hybrid bicycles combining the best Bosch CX motors and drive systems with your own muscle power. They solve our lack of movement and the increasing traffic problems in our cities in one high-quality German-engineered package.
AVE SH – Sports Hybrid
The AVE SH series combines the lightness of our new 27.5″ sports frames with the equipment and usability of our TH bikes. Designed as balloon bikes with large-volume puncture-proof tires, they are not only the most beautiful e-bikes, they are also extremely handy and playful to ride. Loadable up to 150 kg.
Everything is at a glance in the high-contrast, detachable display. The support levels, light and the pushing aid can be conveniently switched on the control unit.
Air suspension is directly installed into the balloon tires. Comfortable driving without any complex technology. The air cushion of the tires is used as a natural suspension.
AVE TH – Touring Hybrid
Our AVE TH9 bike with Panasonic mid-drive is another example of our stunning reputation for well-designed frames, and excellent build quality along with a high level of components.
A 140kg frame rating is one of the highest available in any e-bike category, let alone an entry-level e-bike. From errands to epic rides, the TH9 is ready for anything. The oversized reinforced Hydroformed down tube with split-head tube design and heavy-duty elevated chainstays provide you with the smoothest ride possible, even over the roughest of surfaces.
The TH9 is equipped as standard with a Suntour parallel suspension seat post. With 50mm of suspension travel, it’s the closest thing to a full-suspension e-bike without the drawback of the additional weight and maintenance penalties.
